I think you'd have to talk to them directly about that. They might have a showroom or be able to arrange a tour of a completed project if it's available and appropriate.

Nah, I don't think so. It's a pretty high-end builder, so they usually don't do discounts like that. Pricing is all custom.

What's the typical wait time for a full home renovation with them? Like from start to finish?

I'm pretty sure they only operate in the Chicagoland area. I don't think they'd go out of state for a build, at least not usually.

M House is known for that really high-end, transitional/modern farmhouse look. Oakley is good too, but M House's design aesthetic is pretty distinct if that's what you're after.
